And we need to remember to pray for one another, as well!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-718796223676018677.post-48041909099149025092007-12-18T16:42:00.000-08:002007-12-18T16:42:00.000-08:00Yeah, but I DO like city sidewalks etc. City side...Yeah, but I DO like city sidewalks etc. City sidewalks are interesting (a party of storm troopers were ringing the salvation army bell outside mier & franks-I love to people watch) It isn't the hustle and bustle that bothers me, it's just the cheapness of the merchandise, the same old stuff from store to store.. It just lacks imagination to me. But hey, if you like the mall, that's fine with me-I'll like you anyway. :)kerri @ gladoilhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10249455340747273238noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-718796223676018677.post-49605492776037096482007-12-18T15:28:00.000-08:002007-12-18T15:28:00.000-08:00Well now I sorta like the mall at Christmas. Of course I also like the quietness of morning when I sit by the tree and reflect on what happened long ago in those Judean hills. There has to be a balance. But to me the mall is part of the balance. It goes along with "City sidewalks, busy sidewalks dressed in holdiay style."Mrs. Darlinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12911621891840832728noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-718796223676018677.post-39996238288109133852007-12-18T13:11:00.000-08:002007-12-18T13:11:00.000-08:00oops, that was me... I agree with you on the Christmas cheesiness in the malls, I've avoided them as well, by not buying for anyone! :) Cheating I know, but there are very few people that I buy for, so I've been able to purchase from small family owned shops mostly.

I'm attempting my own blog as well again ... check it out if you have time ...

Enjoy your shopping and the season, never forgetting the reason for the season!Brendahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14029965708016116900noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-718796223676018677.post-53816054949116942722007-12-18T12:59:00.000-08:002007-12-18T12:59:00.000-08:00We were in a mall today for the first time in a lo...We were in a mall today for the first time in a long time. I was so disgusted by so much! And I remembered why I said we weren't goin to malls anymore. We went to some Christmas-y displays at the big Macy's in downtown Phila. Very nice. But why does the main thoroughfare through the store - and the way to the men's bathroom - have to lead through the women's lingerie department?

Glad to have you back.Marbelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03396985630486715494noreply@blogger.com
